FORMZIA currently ships to eligible addresses in the United States. Available delivery services, shipping charges, and the order-specific delivery estimate are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

Current U.S. delivery estimates generally range from 4 to 9 business days, depending on the service selected, destination, product availability, and carrier conditions. The estimate shown at checkout is the estimate that applies to your order.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated from the contents and value of your order and are displayed at checkout. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after an order is placed.

Tracking and delivery

When carrier tracking is available, tracking details are sent to the email address used for the order. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delays, loss, or damage

Carrier and weather delays can occur. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or an order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
